About Us

Christie is Broker/Owner of Central Florida Real Estate Management and has lived in Central Florida for over 30 years. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2004 and is currently Broker/Owner who oversees over 300 properties throughout Central Florida and a full-service property management team. Christie is responsible for leading the multi-family, single family residential, and commercial property portfolio including sales, marketing, investor relations, property management, tenant relations, and most importantly is responsible for achieving owner objectives. She has extensive experience assisting real estate investors buy and sell investment properties and provides her clients with a professional analysis to assess their income potential by calculating the return on investment for rental properties.

Christie previously served in the United States Air Force and also obtained a degree in Business Marketing and has over 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. Her vast experience in marketing allows for creative and cost-effective ideas when listing a house for sale for her clients or marketing a rental property for one of her owners.

Trista is a native of Central Florida and has extensive knowledge of Central Florida and the surrounding counties. She has been working in Property Management for over 4 years with a previous management background for more than 10 years. Trista holds a current Florida Real Estate License and her passion is helping others and providing customer service that exceeds expectations with a personal touch. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of our residential and commercial properties as well as assists with billing, owner relations and vendor management.

Katelyn serves as the property management coordinator assisting with all property management tasks. She embraces the unique challenge that every day presents – and remains closely focused on providing excellent service.
